Suite Attendant

Job Description

You notice the fingerprint on the glass and the wrinkle in the sheet. That’s why Coulibri Ridge needs you. As a Suite Attendant, you’ll maintain flawless luxury standards in each villa, where cleanliness meets care and every detail shapes the guest experience.

Responsibility

• Clean and prepare guest suites to resort standards before arrivals
• Refresh rooms during stays with attention to cleanliness and discretion
• Restock linens, amenities, and supplies daily
• Report maintenance issues or guest requests to supervisors promptly
• Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas
• Follow safety, hygiene, and eco-friendly cleaning protocols
• Coordinate with front desk for special requests or turndown service

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) years’ experience in housekeeping or similar hospitality role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and follow resort protocols
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
• Respectful of guest privacy and sensitive to luxury standards
• Good time management and communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
