Responsibility

• Set up, serve, and clear tables for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating and menu knowledge
• Ensure proper handling and presentation of food and beverages
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly
• Support back-of-house with communication and dish returns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Follow resort service standards and safety protocols

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) years’ experience in housekeeping or similar hospitality role
• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
• Knowledge of service etiquette and food handling safety
• Neat, professional appearance and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to remain composed during high-volume service periods
• Fluent in English; multilingual skills are an asset
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
