You’re organized, unflappable, and know how to lead with both confidence and care. As Restaurant Supervisor at Coulibri Ridge, you’ll guide the team, handle guest interactions, and ensure every meal service reflects the elegance our guests expect.
Responsibility
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and service staff
- Coordinate table service, reservations, and dining room setup
- Ensure service standards and guest satisfaction are consistently met
- Train and mentor team members in service etiquette and efficiency
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Manage inventory and liaise with kitchen for smooth service flow
- Enforce hygiene, safety, and quality control protocols
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a supervisory role within upscale hospitality
- Strong leadership, team coordination, and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal communication and guest interaction abilities
- Deep understanding of service standards in fine dining environments
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Professional appearance and confident presence
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Coulibri Ridge is an intimate eco-resort with 14 spacious air-conditioned studios and duplex suites, ranging in size from 930 square feet (86 m2) to 1,550 square feet (144 m2).
All units have large terraces with exceptional sea views of Martinique to the south and are equipped with custom kitchens and furnishings. Seven duplex suites also have an additional north-facing terrace offering views of the Sulphur Spring Valley and of those, four suites have an outdoor shower garden and three have a private pool.
