Responsibility
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems throughout the hotel.
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules to reduce system downtime.
- Monitor and troubleshoot HVAC-related issues quickly and effectively.
- Assist in general property maintenance tasks as required.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and parts usage.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Experience and Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or certification in HVAC technology or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of HVAC maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation systems.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to safety standards.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and handle equipment.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work assigned shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
- Adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
