Responsibility
- Oversee daily maintenance operations and staff
- Plan and implement preventative maintenance schedules
- Respond to and resolve urgent maintenance issues
- Liaise with contractors and oversee external maintenance projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel standards
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Commitment to safety standards and regulations
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work assigned shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
- Adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
