Responsibility
Under the supervision of the Faculty Dean, the Lecturer equips learners with competencies in the discipline, preparing them for lifelong work and successful completion of their study programmes by:
- planning units from the prescribed syllabus
- delivering instruction to designated classes
- evaluating learners' performance in relation to course objectives
- maintaining careful records of learners as required by DSC
- supporting the Dean and management in institutional strengthening activities
Experience and Qualifications
- Master's degree in English/Literature (a First degree will be favourably considered)
- Certificate or Diploma in Education
- A good time manager
- Good team player
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven success in teaching
