Responsibility
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage
- Escort guests to their rooms and inform them of hotel amenities
- Handle guest inquiries and provide directions within the hotel
- Maintain the lobby's appearance and report any issues
- Assist with guest departures by retrieving luggage and arranging transportation
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy items
- Knowledge of the hotel's layout and services
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work assigned shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
- Adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
