  • North: From Solicher, a straight line leads to the Thibaud River’s western source, then downstream to a point west of the Blenheim–Vieille Case Road, and along the shoreline to Hodges River estuary.
  • South-East: From Hodges River estuary, follows the river to its intersection with the Northern Forest Reserve at Never Fall, then proceeds in a straight line southwest to Dominica’s highest point, Morne Diablotin.
  • West: Extends from Morne Diablotin along the western boundary of Saint Andrew Parish, reaching a point due south of the Beauplan River’s source, and follows the river to meet the Blenheim River.
  • South-West: From the Blenheim–Beauplan junction, it continues along the Blenheim River to La Source, then along the Boulissi River to its source, connects to Morne Brulés, and follows St. Andrew’s western boundary back to Solicher.

It lies in Dominica’s rugged north-central interior, defined by highland terrain, rural settlements, watershed systems, and proximity to Morne Diablotin and the Northern Forest Reserve.
