Sales and Marketing Assistant

Job Description

Become part of Fort Young Hotel’s dynamic team as a Sales and Marketing Assistant. Assist in executing marketing plans, managing client communication, and supporting the reservation process. This is a role for someone with strong coordination skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibility

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks
• Handle client communications and follow-ups
• Assist with reservations and reception activities
• Prepare sales reports and marketing materials
• Coordinate promotional events and activities
• Manage and update customer databases
• Support social media and digital marketing efforts

Experience and Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or administrative roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Basic knowledge of marketing and sales principles
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
