Join the tranquil environment at Fort Young Hotel as a Spa Therapist, where your healing touch and wellness knowledge enhance guest experiences. You’ll manage spa operations while offering massage, skincare, and holistic treatments in a serene, welcoming space.
Responsibility
- Perform different spa services such as body treatments, massages, facials, pedicure and manicure
- Ensure Spa equipment is in working order and report faulty equipment to maintenance for repair
- Maintain inventory of products
- Manage guests and client records
- Manage and keep the SPA cleaned and stockedÂ
- Suggest treatments to guests based on their needs
- Upsell where appropriate
- Adhere to hygiene standards and health and safety regulations
- Stay up to date with latest trends and best practices
- Attend educational seminars and training
Experience and Qualifications
- Degree or current license in aesthetics or physiotherapy
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Spa Therapist with experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, and other face and body beauty treatments
- Experience with sales preferred
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented, friendly but professional approach
- Positive attitude and patience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
