Join Springfield Trading Ltd. as a Quality Assurance Analyst and help maintain the highest standards of pricing accuracy, inventory integrity, and product quality. This opportunity suits a detail-oriented professional who thrives in retail operations and analytical decision-making.

Responsibility

• Sustain price integrity by ensuring price accuracy of corresponding items on shelves
• Replace tag holders as and when necessary
• Printing and maintaining ALL store signs and notices
• Identify slow-moving items/near-expiration products for promotional purposes
• Assist with guiding purchasing formalities
• Assist with conducting inventory analysis, including gap scans and discrepancy investigation
• Assist with stock counts and adhere to shrinkage guidelines

Experience and Qualifications

• CXC passes in Math and English A
• Associate Degree in Business Administration / Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail environment/inventory control or related field
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and POS system
• Strict attention to detail
• Time management skills
• Organizational & communication skills
• Flexibility
• Problem-solving skills
