Sales Driver

Job Description

Customer engagement keeps our distribution network thriving. Springfield Trading Ltd is recruiting a Sales Driver to champion field operations. By balancing safe product deliveries with relationship building, your daily road presence will directly expand our market footprint.

Responsibility

• Deliver products to customers safely and on time
• Load and unload goods while ensuring proper handling procedures
• Maintain accurate delivery records, receipts, and route logs
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Collect payments and issue receipts where required
• Inspect the vehicle before and after trips and report maintenance concerns
• Ensure the vehicle remains clean and in proper working condition
• Follow traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies
• Represent Springfield Trading Ltd. professionally during all customer interactions.

Experience and Qualifications

• Valid Class C Driver’s License
• Minimum of five CXC subject passes, including Mathematics and English
• At least five years of driving experience, commercial driving experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good negotiation and customer service abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules effectively
