Job Description

This role at Unicomer Dominica, is suited for someone who thrives in coordination and communication. The Customer Relations Officer oversees job assignments, tracks service performance, and ensures consistent follow-up with customers, contributing to improved service efficiency and customer satisfaction across multiple touchpoints.

Responsibility

We’re hiring! Join Unicomer as a Customer Relations Officer. Lead our service team, manage requests, and deliver excellence.

Service Request Management
  • Assign service request jobs to the technicians for repairs
  • Ensure that technicians achieve and exceed weekly productivity targets
  • Liaise with the customers for creating repair schedules and follow up on repair status
  • Conduct daily briefing and debriefing sessions with technicians
  • Ensure Service Request Documents are submitted to the Technical Service Management for parts Ordering
  • Daily Action of the Outstanding Service Request Report
  • Ensure that technicians provide accurate technical reports to assist with the decision-making process
  • Ensure that technicians record accurately all parts used and record serial numbers during the repair process
Front Desk Management – During Planned and Unplanned Leave, Lunch Hours etc.
  • Coordinate and assign service request jobs to the technicians for repairs
  • Research and Logging of Service Requests on receipt of a customer’s report.
  • Ensure the effective management of technicians to achieve and exceed weekly productivity targets
  • Conduct briefing and debriefing sessions with technicians as required and escalate matters of importance to the Manager/Supervisor.
  • Submit Service Requests and all required information for parts ordering and claims processing to the Supervisor within the day received.
Customer Service
  • Advise the branches and customers of decisions taken regarding repairs pertaining to their branch
  • Ensure customer service delivery meets Company standards
  • Update SR with progressive notes for decision making
  • Ensure progress calls are conducted daily to advise customer of repair status
  • Assist with Sales and Cashier duties for Spare Parts and Bargain Sales
