Fort Young Hotel is looking for a polite, reliable Bellman to support our front-of-house operations. Your duties include assisting guests with luggage, providing directions, and ensuring a seamless arrival experience. A service-first attitude and attention to detail are essential to succeed in this guest-facing role.
Responsibility
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage
- Escort guests to their rooms and inform them of hotel amenities
- Handle guest inquiries and provide directions within the hotel
- Maintain the lobby's appearance and report any issues
- Assist with guest departures by retrieving luggage and arranging transportation
Experience and Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items
- Knowledge of the hotel's layout and services
- Professional appearance and demeanor
