Senior Men’s National Team Head Coach

Job Description

As Head Coach of Dominica’s Senior Men’s National Team, you will oversee every aspect of team performance, from tactical strategy to player development. The Dominica Football Association seeks a seasoned professional with proven leadership in international coaching, capable of instilling discipline, mentoring staff, and guiding players to reach their full potential in FIFA, Concacaf, and beyond.

Responsibility

• Lead strategic, tactical, technical, team selection, and team culture direction of the National Team.
• Lead and drive team culture and harmony with players and staff and to achieve professional excellence that aligns with DFA’s expectations
• Attend and lead the team at all matches, training sessions, and camps of the National Team
• Scheduling, organisation, participation in and supervision of all necessary training sessions and, in this regard, implementation of training programmes

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of a confederation B license
• A degree in a sports discipline would be an added advantage
• Minimum 10 years coaching experience as a national team coach
• Well-versed in modern tactical approaches and coaching methodologies
• Proven experience in talent development
• dynamic, confident communicator with the ability to adapt style and approach as and when required.
• Willingness to share knowledge and mentor other national team coaches
• Ability to work in a team environment and to prioritize team objectives over individual objectives.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership in setting strategic direction to enhance the men's national program
