Responsibility
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to hotel standards
- Replenish towels, linens, and guest amenities as required
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect high-touch surfaces
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items to supervisors
- Handle lost and found items according to hotel policy
- Ensure supply carts and storage areas are organized and well-stocked
- Respond to guest requests promptly and politely
- Follow health and safety guidelines for cleaning procedures
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
- Physically fit and able to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout shifts
- Positive, respectful, and guest-focused attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Trustworthy and able to work with minimal supervision
