Responsibility
- Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out
- Deliver amenities and messages to guest rooms promptly
- Provide directions and information to guests professionally
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams during peak times
- Run errands or assist with hotel inventory movement
- Monitor lobby and entry areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
Experience and Qualifications
- CXC or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is an asset
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy luggage
- Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
