Responsibility
- Collaborate with the Executive Sous Chef in menu creation and execution
- Manage daily kitchen operations to ensure seamless service
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold quality standards
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols in the kitchen
- Contribute to inventory management and sourcing of premium ingredients
- Work closely with the service team to ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests
- Implement innovative cooking techniques and recipes
- Address and resolve any issues related to food quality or service
Experience and Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong pastry and baking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Possession of a valid Food Handler’s Permit
