Operations Coordinator

Job Description

Operations succeed when coordination is clear and consistent. As Operations Coordinator at CityLink Taxi & Delivery Service, you’ll support drivers, track activity, and ensure service standards are met. This position fits individuals who enjoy organisation, problem-solving, and maintaining order across busy transport and delivery operations.

Responsibility

• Coordinate daily taxi and delivery operations
• Reporting
• Ensure operational standards are followed
• Handle basic customer issues and escalate when needed
• Maintain accurate records

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum CSEC passes in Math & English
• Minimum 25 years or older
• Previous experience in administration, operations, coordination, or supervision
• Strong organization, communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using QuickBooks, WhatsApp, spreadsheets and other software
• Reliable, flexible, punctual and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of local roads and key locations is an asset
• Valid Driver’s License is an asset
