Job Description

CityLink Taxi & Delivery Service is seeking a dependable and customer-focused individual to join its team as Part-time Driver & Porter. This position combines safe transportation services with delivery support, requiring excellent driving skills, physical capability, and a commitment to providing prompt, professional service throughout Dominica.

Responsibility

• Transport passengers safely and courteously.
• Deliver food, parcels, and other customer items.
• Load, lift, and unload packages and luggage.
• Inspect vehicles before and after each shift.
• Plan efficient delivery and travel routes.
• Collect payments and issue receipts when required.
• Maintain accurate delivery and trip records.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Report vehicle issues or delivery concerns promptly.
• Keep assigned vehicles clean and roadworthy.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum CSEC passes in Mathematics and English.
• At least 25 years of age.
• Valid Class C Driver's Licence.
• Previous driving experience with strong driving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible.
• Knowledge of roads and locations across Dominica.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy items.
