At Sweet Novelties, the Ice Cream Parlor Attendant is the heartbeat of the shop, greeting customers with warmth and ensuring every scoop is served with care. From preparing sundaes to handling transactions, this role blends service and energy, creating an atmosphere where customers feel welcome and leave with smiles as sweet as the treats.
Responsibility
- Scoop and serve ice cream, sundaes, milkshakes, and other treats
- Greet customers warmly and take orders with a smile
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Keep the parlor clean, stocked, and looking great
- Help with opening and closing duties as needed
- Ensure health and hygiene standards are always met
- Create a fun and welcoming environment for everyone who walks in!
Experience and Qualifications
- A positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Previous food service or retail experience (a plus, but not required)
