Responsibility

• Assist customers in locating merchandise and completing purchases.
• Respond to customer queries regarding store products and services.
• Maintain updated knowledge of sales and promotions.
• Assist with ordering and replenishing merchandise in designated areas.
• Ensure high standards of customer service at all times.
• Keep accurate records and maintain orderly workstations.

Experience and Qualifications

• CXC or diploma in Business, Retail, or related field (preferred).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must possess a clean police record.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is an advantage.
