Upper Goodwill is a well-known residential zone located within Goodwill, a northern suburb of Roseau in Saint George Parish. It is positioned above the central grid of Goodwill, flanked by Federation Drive, the Goodwill Back Road (also called St Aroment Back Road), and neighbouring communities such as Silver Lake and Bellevue Rawle. The area is easily accessible from the vicinity of the Dominica China Friendship Hospital, the island’s central health institution.
