The Dominica Geothermal Development Company (DGDC) wishes to confirm that the Roseau Valley Geothermal Plant is fully functional and experiencing no burst pipes or other mechanical issues. Fluid (including steam) discharge which is observed from the lower part of the Geothermal facility (the Separation Area) is part of normal plant operations during periods of low electricity generation.
