Job Description

The Dominica Football Association (DFA) is recruiting a passionate Technical Officer specializing in Women’s Football for an immediate employment vacancy. The successful candidate will work closely on developing the tactical and structural branches of our female football initiatives. Responsibility

Responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing activities geared at increasing the participation of women and girls in the sport of football.

• Organizing and coordinating competitions for women and girls
• Maintaining a database and filing system with information relating to women’s football
• Developing and coordinating grassroots programs for girls
• Supporting the development of a women’s football strategy
• Assisting with talent identification among women’s teams for national duties

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of an associate degree in Sports Management, Education, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• At least three years of working experience
• Experience in sports administration and coaching
• Knowledge of football rules and regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written format
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work as part of a team
