Responsibility

• Measure, cut, alter, and assemble garments accurately
• Perform technical stitching and detailed finishing work
• Interpret garment specifications, patterns, and design instructions
• Ensure quality control throughout the tailoring process
• Repair and alter garments based on customer or production needs
• Operate sewing and tailoring equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain organized workstations and production materials
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining craftsmanship standards
• Collaborate with designers and production staff when required

Experience and Qualifications

• Must be 25 years or older.
• Experience in sewing or garment construction.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain consistency.
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
