Leading a team and coordinating daily tasks come together in this Supervisor opportunity. KFC Dominica is looking for someone who can balance staff supervision, guest satisfaction, and operational accuracy. This role fits individuals who enjoy structure, stay organized, and want to strengthen their leadership abilities in a familiar, customer-focused setting.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily shift operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance or feedback
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are followed
- Support team members in delivering excellent customer service
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally
- Assist in scheduling and organizing staff shifts
- Track sales and help achieve store performance targets
Experience and Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience (2 years) preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Reliable, punctual, and results-focused work ethic
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
