Responsibility

• Supervise and coordinate staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
• Manage inventory levels and monitor product availability.
• Train and motivate employees to achieve sales and service goals.
• Handle scheduling, cash management, and performance reviews.
• Resolve customer or staff concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.

Experience and Qualifications

• An associate degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of retail or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to flexible schedules.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
