Sales Representative

Job Description

Join Morancie & Sons Ltd. as a Sales Representative and build trusted relationships with motorists and fleet clients. You’ll identify needs, source parts, and present clear pricing. Organization matters: accurate notes, timely callbacks, and well-prepared invoices. Prior sales or customer service experience helps, and QuickBooks proficiency is a valuable advantage in this fast-moving shop.

Responsibility

• Welcome customers, assess needs, and recommend parts or services
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and receipts accurately
• Maintain product knowledge and pricing updates
• Coordinate orders with suppliers and workshop teams
• Track leads, follow up, and document interactions
• Handle cash, card, and electronic payments securely
• Keep the sales counter organized and presentable

Experience and Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in sales or similar customer service role
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel is an asset
• Knowledge of auto parts and services is an asset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
