Responsibility

• Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases
• Operate the forklift for efficient stock handling and replenishment
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and warehouse area
• Process incoming and outgoing inventory accurately
• Ensure smooth operations by managing stock levels and product displays
• Support the sales team with customer service and product knowledge
• Assist in loading and unloading deliveries as needed
• Perform regular inventory checks to minimize discrepancies

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven background in sales, particularly in hardware or retail environments
• Familiarity with hardware products and tools
• Proven experience in forklift use
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
• Basic computer literacy for stock management systems
• Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
