Job Description
Fine Foods Inc. is seeking a Pantry Manager to lead with efficiency and precision. You’ll be responsible for sales, team development, and upholding quality standards. Ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, food industry experience, and the confidence to manage performance in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibility
- Lead and supervise pantry department staff
- Monitor and drive department sales and profitability
- Maintain product quality and inventory standards
- Implement merchandising strategies and food safety guidelines
- Prepare reports and monitor department performance metrics
- Ensure team compliance with health and safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve company goals
Experience and Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field
- Prior experience in food, retail, or team leadership roles
- Valid Food Handler’s Certificate
- Strong computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in cold storage environments
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
