Job Description
Fine Foods Inc. is seeking a CRM & Loyalty Lead to design engaging customer experiences, manage loyalty platforms, and deliver data-driven campaigns that strengthen retention, enhance customer value, and support growth across Fresh Market, Best Price, and Cash & Carry operations.
Responsibility
- Lead and optimise CRM & loyalty platforms
- Manage loyalty programme mechanics and rewards
- Build lifecycle campaigns to drive retention and growth
- Deliver personalised, data-driven customer journeys
- Track performance and turn insights into action
Experience and Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
- Strong experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and loyalty programme management
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
- Proficiency in data analysis, segmentation, and performance reporting
- Commercial awareness with retail industry experience preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and ability to work across teams
