Job Description
Royal Globe Inc. needs a structured Office Assistant possessing sharp communication and planning skills to run daily operations, route incoming calls, and process mail. You must master MS Office to thrive alongside our highly productive, fast-paced corporate department.
Responsibility
- Provide administrative and clerical support.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to emails.
- Prepare, organize, and file documents.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and record keeping.
- Manage social media updates and online communication.
- Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
- Maintain office supplies and general office organization.
- Assist with customer inquiries and other assigned duties.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum six CXC subjects, including Mathematics and English.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
- Experience with social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity and reliability.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
