Ocean Oasis Hotel is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer to support revenue growth through strategic promotions, brand visibility, and client engagement. This role is instrumental in generating bookings, strengthening partnerships, and enhancing the hotel’s presence across digital and traditional marketing platforms, while upholding our commitment to exceptional service and luxury hospitality in Dominica.

Responsibility

• Drive bookings through direct sales efforts, digital platforms, and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and event partners.
• Manage and update marketing content across online platforms, social media, and promotional materials.
• Assist in the development and execution of promotions, packages, and brand campaigns.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness to support strategic decisions.

Experience and Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or Hospitality is an asset.
• 3-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or hospitality.
• Strong communication, digital marketing, and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and online platforms.
• Results-driven mindset with attention to detail
