Job Description
Secret Bay seeks a Maintenance Assistant to support the day-to-day upkeep of its luxury villas and resort facilities. This hands-on role requires reliability, flexibility, and a service-driven attitude. Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, or carpentry will be advantageous in this high-standard hospitality environment.
Responsibility
- Support maintenance team in routine servicing of resort amenities
- Assist with landscaping-related maintenance when needed
- Ensure tools and supplies are organized and available
- Report damages or safety hazards promptly
- Clean and prep areas before and after repair work
- Escort external contractors when assigned
Experience and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or certification.
- Experience in hospitality or building maintenance an asset
- Must be physically fit and able to work on ladders or confined spaces
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable with attention to cleanliness and detail
- Ability to follow safety instructions and resort procedures
- Flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays
- Capable of using hand tools and small power tools
