Job Description

We’re hiring Kitchen Cooks at Kali Midway Kafé who take pride in precision, cleanliness, and consistency. From prep to plating, your work shapes every guest’s experience. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love feeding people, join our Concord-based team.

Responsibility

• Prepare and cook menu items according to house recipes
• Wash, cut, season, and portion ingredients for service
• Operate kitchen equipment including fryers, ovens, and grills
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Ensure food is cooked to proper temperature and presentation standards
• Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
• Communicate with front-of-house to ensure meal timing

Experience and Qualifications

• Must be 19 years or older
• Full-time availability, including nights and holidays
• Experience in a commercial kitchen is an asset
• Strong understanding of food prep and hygiene practices
• Ability to work under pressure and during rush periods
• Reliable, focused, and able to follow instructions
• Willingness to learn new techniques and menu items
• Preferably residing in Kalinago Territory, Atkinson, Marigot, Wesley, Woodford Hill, Calibishie, Belles, or nearby areas
