L'Homme Business Heritage Group needs a motivated Kitchen Cook ready to deliver consistent quality in a fast-paced environment. Whether you're skilled or learning, your commitment to teamwork, communication, and kitchen discipline will serve you well. Availability for nights and weekends is essential.
Responsibility
- Prepare meals in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and prep areas
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
- Assist with inventory checks and restocking ingredients
- Support senior kitchen staff during service rushes
- Participate in basic training and adhere to operational procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow
Experience and Qualifications
- Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Preferably residing in Roseau or nearby areas (Pointe Michel - Mahaut)
- Experience is an asset
- Willingness to undergo training required.
- Experience in cooking preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours and perform repetitive tasks.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and improve culinary skills.
