Responsibility

• Supervise daily customer service operations in the store
• Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and issue resolution
• Support store team members to ensure high service efficiency
• Maintain clean, well-organized, and properly stocked store areas
• Monitor store policies, procedures, and customer service standards
• Train and guide new employees in customer service best practices
• Handle basic administrative tasks related to retail operations
• Ensure a positive and engaging customer experience

Experience and Qualifications

• Associate degree in business Management.
• At least two (2) years' experience in a similar role in a Customer Service and retail environment.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service supervision is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficiency in handling customer complaints and conflict resolution.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to customer service.
