Inventory Clerk

Job Description

As an Inventory Clerk at Do It Center Dominica, you’ll ensure the store’s products are properly accounted for and ready for customers. The position involves stock tracking, verification, and maintaining documentation accuracy. It’s a great fit for organized individuals who enjoy structure, responsibility, and teamwork in a dynamic retail setting.

Responsibility

• Record and update inventory data in the management system.
• Conduct daily and weekly stock counts to verify accuracy.
• Track goods received and dispatched between warehouse and sales floor.
• Investigate and report discrepancies in inventory levels.
• Maintain organized storage and labeling of items.
• Support warehouse and purchasing teams with stock replenishment.
• Assist in preparing inventory reports for management.

Experience and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in inventory or warehouse management (preferred).
• Proficiency with basic computer applications or POS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and count merchandise safely.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to teamwork.
