Responsibility

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms thoroughly
• Replenish amenities, towels, and linens as per resort standards
• Follow safety and chemical handling procedures
• Handle special housekeeping requests from VIP guests
• Report maintenance issues or lost items to supervisors
• Ensure guest privacy and professionalism at all times
• Maintain public areas, corridors, and utility stations

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping, custodial, or cleaning roles (hospitality experience preferred)
• Personalized, attentive guest service, focused on satisfaction, including handling VIPs and special requests
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
• Effective collaboration and flexibility for diverse working hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for hospitality and professionalism in appearance and demeanor
• Good communication and passionate about customer service. Good command over written & spoken English; additional languages are an asset
• Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
• Effective time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
