Job Description
Step into the pulse of the park as a Game Technician at Bubbles Fun Park. You’ll oversee the functionality and maintenance of all arcade and game equipment, ensuring every guest enjoys seamless play. If you're tech-savvy, love troubleshooting, and thrive in a lively setting, this is the role for you.
Responsibility
- Monitor, inspect, and test arcade machines and gaming equipment daily
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues
- Perform regular preventative maintenance and keep detailed logs
- Calibrate and upgrade systems to ensure optimal performance
- Provide guest support and explain how games operate when needed
- Coordinate with the management team to report recurring issues
- Keep the game area tidy, organized, and safe
- Replace tokens, tickets, or parts as required
- Stay up to date with equipment manuals and safety procedures
Experience and Qualifications
- Prior experience with arcade or electronic systems preferred
- Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused with good communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or technical training in electronics
- Team player, adaptable, and dependable under pressure
