Millennium Freight Services is hiring a Freight Services Manager. Lead our regional logistics strategy and daily customs brokerage execution across Caribbean markets. Responsibility

• Lead and manage all freight and brokerage operations with a focus on efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, principals, and regional partners.
• Develop and implement marketing, sales, and growth strategies across the Caribbean.
• Analyze regional market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with international and regional freight regulations.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing operations team.

Experience and Qualifications

• Significant experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or customs brokerage, with strong leadership and operational management skills in fast-paced environments.
• Results-driven professional with proven success in sales and business development, capable of identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
• Committed to delivering high-quality service and maintaining long-term client relationships through professionalism and reliability.
• Willingness to travel regionally and to the USA for client meetings, operations oversight, and business development.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a motor vehicle.
