Looking to grow in luxury hospitality? Secret Bay offers the opportunity to join our team as a Food & Beverage Hostess. You’ll gain hands-on experience in delivering service excellence while playing a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction. This role provides the foundation for advancing in one of the Caribbean’s most prestigious resorts.
Responsibility
- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to tables
- Manage dining reservations and seating charts
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams
- Provide menus and introduce daily specials when needed
- Support service staff with clearing or resetting tables
- Maintain cleanliness of the entrance and waiting area
- Address guest inquiries and assist with special requests
- Uphold brand standards of service and appearance
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, well-groomed, and welcoming demeanor
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
