Looking for a role that blends office and fieldwork? Regional Contractors Inc. is hiring an Engineer/Technical Assistant to assist with planning, documentation, and site supervision. Candidates must hold a diploma in Construction or Civil Engineering and have at least two years of experience in a role demanding strong coordination and communication skills.
Responsibility
- Support project managers in planning and execution of works
- Conduct on-site monitoring to ensure safety and quality
- Prepare project reports and maintain technical documentation
- Assist in coordinating suppliers, subcontractors, and teams
- Identify and propose solutions to technical issues
Experience and Qualifications
- Diploma/Associate Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar field role
- Solid knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read drawings and follow specifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be reliable and team-oriented
