Divisional Manager – Non-Food

Job Description

As Divisional Manager - Non-Food, you’ll be responsible for shaping J. Astaphan & Co. Ltd.’s retail and commercial performance across several units. The role blends team leadership, financial oversight, and strategic execution—all within a high-paced, growth-focused environment.

Responsibility

• Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies for all non-food-related business units.
• Align division objectives with overall corporate strategy to ensure synergy across departments.
• Set performance goals, analyze financial statements, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Oversee the daily operations of all non-food business units to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Implement best practices in safety, supply chain logistics, and inventory control.
• Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts for each unit within the non-food division.
• Develop and oversee sales strategies for revenue growth
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and customer loyalty programs.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior management, preferably in multi-unit or retail settings
• Proven track record in strategic planning, budgeting, and business development
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and KPI dashboards
• Effective leadership and team management capabilities
• Deep understanding of supply chain logistics, inventory control, and retail operations
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to drive sustainable growth
• Familiarity with the non-food retail sector and evolving consumer trends
