Trade & Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

Join J. Astaphans & Co. Ltd. as a Trade & Marketing Coordinator, where you’ll lead brand strategy execution, manage client relationships, and drive dynamic marketing campaigns. Ideal for candidates with a passion for creativity and client engagement.

Responsibility

• Plan and evaluate trade marketing activities and promotions
• Execute in-store campaigns including end caps and POS signage
• Manage sampling activations and display installations
• Distribute branded merchandise and packaging materials
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand market needs
• Develop tailored marketing tools and collateral
• Support sell-in and sell-through strategies
• Maintain inventory control for marketing materials
• Track and report campaign effectiveness

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing or trade-related role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in campaign planning and coordination
• Ability to manage multiple projects across departments
• Familiarity with retail and wholesale operations
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Willingness to travel locally when required
