Job Description

Global Lounge seeks Customer Service Agents for our Dominica location at Douglas-Charles Airport (DOM). Ideal candidates will have previous experience in customer service or hospitality, the ability to work independently under pressure, and possess a positive, energetic personality. Duties include guest assistance, maintaining lounge cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.

Responsibility

  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area
  • Provide information on lounge services and facilities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure guest satisfaction
