Responsibility

• Assist customers with packing groceries efficiently and carefully
• Provide friendly assistance and directions within the store
• Support cashiers during peak periods to maintain smooth checkout flow
• Maintain cleanliness of store entrances, aisles, and bagging areas
• Help transport groceries for customers when needed
• Monitor shopping carts and ensure they are properly collected and stored
• Uphold customer service standards through polite and professional interactions

Experience and Qualifications

• Secondary school education or equivalent preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Physically capable of standing, lifting, and moving items when required
• Team-oriented with a willingness to assist across store functions
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
