Responsibility

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Greet customers, answer product-related questions, and assist with store navigation.
• Handle cash, credit, and digital payments responsibly.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in checkout areas.
• Count till balances and reconcile daily receipts.
• Support sales floor restocking and minor merchandising when required.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers.

Experience and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure.
• Prior cashier or retail experience (preferred but not required).
• Basic computer knowledge, including POS systems.
• Reliable, honest, and customer-focused attitude.
