You'll serve snacks, treats, and smiles while managing high-volume sales and maintaining clean, organized counters. Responsibility
- Prepare and serve snacks, drinks, and packaged foods
- Operate cash registers and manage cash/point-of-sale systems
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in concession areas
- Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed
- Follow food safety protocols at all times
- Answer customer inquiries politely and assist with menu choices
- Support event-specific sales like birthday party packages
Experience and Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service or retail preferred
- Must be able to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Food Handler’s Permit is an asset
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
